How does pricing work? Base prices do not include any decoration or additional flavors, as this is the price for a “naked” cake (plain vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, topped with a crumb coat). Depending on the decorations, fillings, difficulty of the design, and pick up or delivery, the price is subject to change. A 50% deposit upon order confirmation is required.

How far in advance should I place my order? Please provide two weeks minimum. For larger events such as weddings, quinceaneras, and large birthday parties, please order four weeks in advance. However, if you have a small last-minute order, please don’t hesitate to reach out as I may be able to accommodate.

What size cake do I need? Depending on how you cut slices, a 6-inch cake feeds approximately 6-12 people, and a 9-inch cake feeds approximately 15-25 people. The “party portion” slice is about 2 inches wide, while "finger portions" are smaller and are often used for formal events such as weddings, and are 1 inch wide.

Do you only offer round and heart-shaped cakes? No, these are just the most common. Please inquire when requesting a quote if you would like a different size or shape.

Which cake flavors are gluten-free or dairy-free? All my flavors can be made gluten or dairy-free, but prices may vary as these types of ingredients are often more expensive.

Which frosting flavors are gluten-free or dairy-free? All frostings can be made dairy-free or gluten-free.

Which fillings are gluten-free or dairy-free? All fillings are dairy-free and gluten-free except cheesecake, chocolate mousse, and lemon curd. ​

Many venues require that the baker be licensed, are you licensed? Yes, if you need my license number please include this in your message when requesting a quote.

How long have you been baking and how did you learn? I'm proudly self-taught and have been baking for over 6 years. I am always practicing new skills during my free time!

What are your most popular flavors? Vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, cookies & cream, and lemon.
